At Dear Ellie XL Scrunchies, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on items that have been worn or used.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
